Lawrence presented the “Behind the scenes” segment of the Product Showcase, demonstrating how AI SRE actually works and the engineering behind it. Presented alongside Pete Hamilton (CTO) and Ed Dean (AI PM).

The planned culmination of the year’s work. The Sev0 demo was scoped as fully live, nothing faked: trigger a real incident in production, get paged, kick off investigation, find the causing PR, draft a fix, merge it, interact with the chatbot, build a post-mortem. Required ~8 weeks of “all hands on deck” preparation.
Led the engineering push. Presented Behind the Scenes segment. Peak code output in the run-up: 118 PRs (July), 149 PRs (August), 182 PRs (September — highest month).
