For those of you attending LDX3 LeadDev London on June 16 & 17th, I’ll be taking the stage to talk about “Becoming AI engineers”.
I’ve spent the last year deep in AI engineering, figuring out what’s actually possible and where AI can meaningfully impact incident response. We’re currently beta-testing our Copilot and incident investigation agent, but by the time this talk rolls around, we’ll have moved to GA with all our customers.
Working with AI is different than normal product work and it’s forced us to reshape our processes and rebuild our tools. It’s been a huge pain in the ass, truthfully, but we’ve learned a lot of lessons and I can’t wait to share them with other teams dealing with similar problems.
Stop by to learn:
Plus a transparent, under-the-hood look at how we’ve actually built these solutions at incident. Most companies discuss their AI engineering practices in abstract, but I’ll be sharing real details—screenshots of our tools, code structure, and the full range of successes and failures that shaped our journey.
If you’ve got a specific topic you’d like to hear about, drop a comment in-thread and I’ll make sure to work it into the talk!
