Ironically, adding AI so you talk to humans more, and machines less.
This screenshot shows me just chatting in an incident channel explaining I’ll be working on this for the afternoon. A few minutes later I get a nudge to say we should share an update, with a draft message, and moving the incident to the right state.
Makes running an incident so much easier.
